Well before Quadra Roots opened its doors, our family has been living on and farming this land together for decades.
Mission
Rooted in our Community
Our property has been farmed continuously for over 1oo years, and a century ago provided produce for logging operations on the outer islands. The Young family has been living and farming here since 1980.
Embracing
The New
Quadra Roots has been a long time dream for Tara, who cares deeply about local food security. It is a deep honour to be a steward of our forests, pastures and fields into the future.
