Quadra Roots offers an affordable, healthy and nutritious menu with plenty of choice for everyday. Pre-made meals are also a perfect gift for times of transition or illness.

Free weekly delivery is available for our frozen meals, from Heriot Bay to South Quadra Island on orders of $50 or more.
